Less than 10 minutes walk from the Royal Shakespeare Theatre this is a gem. Annie welcomes each guest with a warmth and genuineness that is a delight. Decorated as you would expect a B&B and with a superb breakfast, we loved Twelfth Night. After getting used to Super King beds in luxury hotels the bed here seemed small, but we... More

We were looking for somewhere for a single night that was reasonably central and had parking. Twelfth Night was perfect for both and Annie was a lovely host. The room, although a little small, was beautifully decorated and we were really impressed by the additional touches such as a small decanter of port, mints, scented sprays, some Shakespearian touches and... We were looking for a high quality, centrally located Guest house in Stratford to enjoy a romantic weekend break and enjoy the theatre. From the minute we arrived we felt more like long lost old friends rather than guests, being welcomed by Annie with a lovely cup of tea and home baked cake. The room (No 3) was immaculate and... Firstly, I would like to say that Annie is a lovely lady, who made us welcome with a pot of tea and shortbread on arrival. The guest house is in an ideal location for the centre. The rooms and house were clean, however, the house is full of nick nacks. We didn't sleep very well, room hot, couldn't open window... More

We had a lovely night here. Annie, our host, was so helpful and welcoming. Our room, although small, was lovely and had lots of extra touches (free water, mints by the bed etc). Great breakfast in a lovely dining room. The location is great for the town centre and theatre and free parking is a bonus. Spotlessly clean and extremely... More

Annie was very welcoming and friendly from the moment we arrived. The room was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for our overnight stay. Our room was in the front, but we were not disturbed by the traffic and we had the window open. Breakfast was very tasty and there was of plenty of it. As other reviewers have... More

Very warm and nice treatment from Anni from the time we entered her house. The house was clean, and cozy and showed her personality and her genuine wish for making a good atmosphere for her guests. Both the tea in the evening and the breakfast was excellent. Short distances to the attractions in the city. We will warmly recommend this... More

The b and b is a very nice , small, spotless establishment . The attic room although tiny was adequate for our needs .....the bathroom is extremely small but fine again for our purposes . The attic room does need to be brought up to date a little as the decor is extremely twee. This place is in a great... More

Unusually warm and genuine reception from Annie. Best of many BB breakfasts we've had over the years. Very clean with lots of nice touches (cold water at your door, play summaries, small treats). Ten minute walk to RSC theatres. Couldn't be better. Daniel Taylor

There are a million B&Bs in Stratford - how do you pick? I based my choice on previous reviews on TripAdvisor and am delighted to report that the great reviews, were, if anything, not praiseworthy enough. Everything everyone else has written is true - Annie & James are great hosts and the breakfasts are wonderful. The house and the rooms... More
