What a wonderful farm and b&b. The room was spotless and the beds very comfortable. We was made to feel very welcome and the whole place had a very homely feel. The owners were very friendly and nothing was to much trouble. The breakfast was fabulous to 👍😊. Sharon and Dave from Leicester.

I loved this place. Visited Stratford for my birthday and stayed here for 2 nights. Comfy bed and delicious breakfast! Such a lovely view out of the window, very cosy and peaceful. Will stay again on my next visit!

Sue and John made us very welcome. We were in the area for a family christening and had decided to make it into a weekend away with our sons. Both rooms were comfortable, spotlessly clean and well appointed. The rooms were also lovely and quiet, with no sound at all from all the sheep and lambs that were on the... More

We visited here over the Valentines weekend and can honestly say our stay was perfect! The owners are really welcoming and give helpful advice as to places to visit and getting the best deals. If you're going to Warwick Castle, they had some two for one tickets available but unfortunately for us we had already purchased our tickets online so... More

We went prior to valentines weekend. It was good value for money. We paid £65 for the night. Hosts Sue and John were lovely and even dropped us into town. Room was small but was fine for the night. The view is beautiful to wake up to and breakfast was lovely and good quality. We enjoyed our stay and would... More

We had such a brilliant weekend here. The B&B itself is beautiful, surrounded by lovely scenery. Sue and john are also lovely hosts. The rooms are spacious and very clean, no complaints here. Breakfast was also delicious as there was many choices of cereal aswell as an option of a full English breakfast. The only downfall is that town is... More

We stayed here only for a night and we were greeted by John I believe it was. He was so friendly and helpful and made us feel like home! The room was so cozy and nice. The surroundings is just stunning. Breakfast was so lovely looking at the sunrise and having a lovely home cooked meal! 10/10. The only little... More

The b&b was excellent. The room was very clean. The staff want to help you any way. The breakfast was very good and is served in the first room of the b&b. The place of the hotel was pretty cool. The only negative is that we arrive night and we cannot find the road of the hotel if you are... More

After a week walking our final stage of The Monarchs Way, we had arranged to stay here. Sue met us at The Smitterfield Arms, a couple of miles away. We very much enjoyed our stay here, and would certainly recommend. After a lovely breakfast, Sue, gave us a lift into Stratford upon Avon, station, despite having a house full of... More

Beautiful farm set in about 100 acres. Greeted by the owner and made to feel wecome. Very comfortable room with en-suite. Breakfast is areal treat with plenty to choose from. When visiting the town centre, there is a free car park a short distance from the farm and a great short walk into town. Will definately return at some stage and... More
