Pleasant comfortable and very well located for town centre and theatres. Not all rooms have direct access by lift so if this matters you must mention it when booking.

Super rooms, very friendly, helpful staff. Great breakfast, expensive, but very good if you have the time to enjoy it. Good wifi, sad it is free for only 30 mins. Parking is a real issue for this location, which is a real issue if it is raining. It is excellently sited to enjoy Statford.

Stayed her on a Sunday night paying exceptional low rate of £39.99 for Stratford. Room clean and tidy and appears new. Second visit to this hotel. Good location and value for money, but more to the point, the hotell is clean, comfortable and the staff are pleasant and helpful. will stay there again.

The staff were so friendly and couldn't do enough to help. We will definately stay here again.
