We booked this hotel as a special treat for our extended family and to celebrate a 20th wedding anniversary. We felt very let down. Service was shocking. Stayed for one night only on a special package that included Sunday lunch, bed and breakfast - booked direct with the hotels own web-site. Hotel rooms are beautiful, well maintained and very clean. Enjoyed a fabulous 5 course lunch incl. sorbet & coffee which was part of our package but only cost around £17 per person which was great value... more

Lovely rooms and bathrooms, nice beds (pillows a bit hard though), excellent breakfast and free parking. The location is superb for the centre of Stratford, two hours free wi-fi, and the only downside is the limited range of tv channels. more

Absolutely spotless, lovely breakfast buffet, very large room for 2. My only complaint was the system for internet access: each room gets 2 hours free per day, but you don't get the option of starting and then stopping again ie. once you go online, the "clock runs" until the 2 hours are up. Mineral water is available complimentary in our deluxe bedrooms as part of the rate. Not sure of the complications with the plumbing however in line with our corporate social responsibilities we have installed the water efficient shower heads to stem...
