Booked a private dinning room at the Arden for my mother's 70th Birthday - it was fabulous. Food delicious, great wine selection, staff efficient and very friendly. Decor and furniture in the room luxurious and table decorations were beautifully executed to the brief. I would not hesitate to recommend it to fellow event organisers in future or clients.

This hotel is superbly placed for all the town's Shakespeare sites and opposite the Royal Shakespeare Theatre too. Comfortable beds, lovely bathrooms, good food and friendly staff. All in all a very good hotel.

We stayed for two nights in Cedar room. The bathroom was really spacious with a seperate shower and large bath, the products that the hotel provided were l'occitane which was very nice and our bed was very comfortable too.
