As I travelled by train to Stratford the B & B was ideally placed between the station and the town. Just a short walk between each. Although my room was in the attic, it was very quiet,clean, modern & comfortable and the little extra's were a great touch for someone travelling light. There was even an iron & ironing board.... I spent three nights here in a twin room and it was everything I needed. Easy to find, very clean, warm, comfortable and very friendly staff. This B & B is beautifully furnished, very clean, and the hosts are very friendly, helpful and attentive. I would recommend it without reservation. It is located directly across the street from a park, and a 5 minute walk to the center of town, convenient for sightseeing and for finding a place for dinner. Perfect.

We've stayed many times with Iain and Diane. They are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Very clean B&B. Our room, small but very well-decorated and cosy, had a wonderful view on the park and it had free coffee and tea facilities. Bathroom was clean too. Location is great. We were overwhelmed by the breakfast, which was ready cooked and delicious. Owners are very nice and helpful. Great stay.
