Very clean B&B. Our room, small but very well-decorated and cosy, had a wonderful view on the park and it had free coffee and tea facilities. Bathroom was clean too. Location is great. We were overwhelmed by the breakfast, which was ready cooked and delicious. Owners are very nice and helpful. Great stay.

We overnight in this cozy B&B, the owner was very helpful, he gave us excellent tips for dinner and cooked a wonderful English Breakfast in the morning. Location is just great, it has parking in the back and rooms were comfortable and the place was quiet. And the rates were reasonable.

we came to stratford upon avon for an 80th birthday pary and had a job to find a reasonably priced b/b and our family had a small boy with them. most places wouldnt care for a child under 7 years staying but diane and iain were very obliging. rooms were lovely as well as breakfast. hotel overlooks a small park....
