Staying on business this a great hotel in the Warwick area. The rooms are very large with clean and modern feel. Service is a little slow when the hotel is busy. I have also had confusion with room service menus and minor issues with staff take responsibility for customer issues. I know these may sound bad the hotel has far... more

We booked a two night, Seasonal Break via the hotel's own website. B&B, with dinner on the first night (dinner up to the value of £25 pp) We could not believe what good value for money it was. We could not fault the hotel at all! Our room was spacious and clean. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. The food... more

I had hosted many large functions here and I was a guest speaker at a conference the next day so thought I would take my Fiancee for a nice pamper stay on the day before...just 45 minutes drive from home. Phoned - twice the phone cut me off as nobody answered and third time I got through and was put... more

To be frank, I am quite a snob when it comes to hotels - I know what I like and I'm really disappointed when a hotel doesn't come up to scratch. So I approached Chesford with some trepidation - but I needn't have worried. The welcome was friendly, the room spotlessly clean, the service in the restaurant professional and swift,... more

Stayed here over the Easter weekend for a short sight-seeing break with my 13-year old daughter. Very happy overall with hotel, even though it was booked to capacity for the whole weekend AND a large wedding party on the Saturday. The only drawback to staying at such a busy time was a short (5 minute) wait to be seated for... more

I stayed here in March 09 with my husband for a long weekend. We were vey impressed with the hotel and everything about it. We got a good deal through late rooms for £140 for 2 nights. This included breakfast and a 3 course dinner on the first night. We were allocated £25 each for the meal which just about... more

This was a spur of the moment booking indended to help chase away post Christmas blues and I am very pleased we stayed there. We booked a family deluxe room so that we could have a double bed each (rather than a twin with two singles) and I have to say it was one of the best rooms I have... more

The hotel itself is set in lovely grounds and its location was good for us to visit Warwick Castle for an evening event. However, I booked deluxe rooms for our party as it was a special occasion and these were definitely not to the standard I would expect at a 4* 'deluxe' standard. Issues as below; • The promised ‘electronically... more

My girlfriend and I stayed here for two nights this weekend on one of Qhotel's winter break packages (2 nights accommodation, breakfast both days, and dinner on the first night for £140). Having read some of the mixed reviews on here I was slightly worried, but as it turned out we had a really nice, relaxing weekend, and thought the... more
