The path leading to front door is very uneven. The entrance porch needs painting not very welcoming.. TV in room did not work. No wardrobe in room. Shower ok.You have to get a bus to Newcastle town centre. Not much in way of entertainment in near vicinity. For what we paid it was adequate for a one night's stay.

I I stayed on the 29th April, very basic but room looked ok so I was happy, until the next day when I started scratching my legs, I looked at them and they were covered in bites, and from the look if the bites they were bed bug bites, very unimpressed to say the least ! !

Me and my partner stayed here on Friday 17th in room 109 - "you get what you pay for" - the room was small with an en-suit yet very clean, staff where very friendly and helpful. There is also an ASDA store around the corner from hotel which is very handy and 20 minute walk to the centre of life... More

My fiancé and I stayed here for 2 nights last week and after reading the reviews(after booking) we were a little apprehensive. To be fair we paid £66 for both nights and we really felt we got good value for this price. Our room was comfortable and clean and there was fresh bath towels and hand towels in the room.... More

I stayed here for two nights in March as I was working alone in Newcastle. I had never been to Newcastle before, and my firm only pay £40 per night for accommodation, so you're never going to get the creme de la creme. First impressions are of a very neat and well presented property, however its location somewhat lets it... More

Friendly staff informed us that due to redecoration there would be a bit of noise/mess - which, to be fair, there was. Not in the rooms, though, which were clean and comfortable. Good value for money and no complaints.

Staff - Always were very nice and very well presented. Room - Small but very clean and well decorated. The room was very warm though and we had to ask to have the heating turned off. Bed was comfortable and shower was good, Facilities - There is a pool table which you had to pay for but were not allowed... More
