I recently stayed on business. A comfortable hotel with friendly service. Don't expect your room to be tidied up at dinner time. Internet reception is poor and cell phone service is a huge problem. No attempt has been made to resolve the problem due to numerous requests. In addition if u looking to exercise there is no health club facilities. More

My wife and I stayed at the excellent Jesmond Dene House when we had to bring our son back to university. We have previously used various city centre or Osborne Road hotels but non compare with JDH. Easy access, ample parking, great service and a lovely room. We will certainly return. More
