We stayed here on a Friday and Sunday night. Requested a river view for the Sunday and think we were given best room with best views. very warm welcoming staff and a very large comfortable room I would recommend this hotel to everybody. Thank you premier inn.

My Partner and a friend went to Newcastle for a rugby match and I booked them into the Premier Inn Quayside Newcastle. I am told that the room was spacious and clean. The beds were amazing and they would recommend this hotel. It doesn't look far from the station and downhill it takes about 10 mins. Be aware that it... More

Typical Premier Inn with nice comfortable bed but chilly dated room and tatty bathroom - good position by the Quayside with a helpful team. Beware using the wrong lift in the morning because it takes you alongside the reception but does not allow you in because apparently you have to go through the bar - so you have to go... More

This was a one night stay on a Sunday before attending a funeral, so not a joyous occasion. However, mediocre expectations were lifted by a really good experience! Checked in at 1.40pm, before the advertised time. No problem, the friendly & very helpful Annouska allocated us a quiet room at the rear of the hotel in the 'Quiet zone'. The... More

Stayed here for the Queen concert, after eventually negotiating the city's one way system we arrived at the hotel to be greeted by a lovely blonde lady on the reception who was really friendly and checked us in quickly and gave us all the information we needed. We were in room 414 which was fine, to nit pick the bathroom... More

Our room was lovely very clean , only problem we had was that the heating wasn't great the heating switch for the room wasn't the easiest to work so we had to keep the plug in radiator on all weekend . I could not fault the staff in the restaurant they were extremely helpful with every question we had they... More

Went on a stag weekend and needed somewhere reasonably priced and comfortable. The hotel met all expectations with room size/comfort, food (i.e.breakfast), location to main centre (as well as being next to tyne) and they even helped with ordering taxis for us. All types of clientele were there during our mid January 2015 stay and they seemed to keep everyone... More

Had dinner in hotel on Friday night and James was amazing, friendly, welcoming & recommended fab places to go e.g.Under the bridge/Newcastle Arms ☺ Also a card and... More

Fantastic location right on the Quayside, this lovely old building has been carefully restored to maintain its character and feeling of age and sits beautifully within context of everything about it right in the shadow of the Tyne Bridge. Location is ace, a five minute stroll to dozens of different types of good pub, bar or restaurant. Walk another 5... More
