Stayed for the weekend with friends. Rooms were adequate , staff generally friendly but the place could use a good steam clean of the carpet and a little face lift. Comfortable, centrally located and value for price.

My husband and i stayed at the premier inn in May. We got a lovely surprise with the bedroom. The bed was very comfy. We had a good nights sleep. All the staff were friendly. There is a local bus service that takes you in to city centre.

My wife & myself recently stayed at the Premier Inn in the centre of Newcastle.I have to say the hotel is well situated, the staff where very helpful & friendly ( in particular a young Irish girl called Stephanie), who worked in the bar restaurant.The breakfast was very good & overall we where pleased with our stay.

Very helpful staff once we found the place (dont turn of too early like us) Any time we wanted a taxi it was ordered/waiting for us. Room are what u expect but comfy and no noise from roads (room 204)
