The Premier inn is situated right on the Quay Side with great views of the Tyne and it's iconic bridges. The whole river front area has been restored. The Hotel has great parking facilities. The staff as with all Premier Inns give great customer service and the restaurant is great whether it is for breakfast or evening meal. This is... More

I stayed here last night, the 4th February. The room was fine, staff fine, but the breakfast unfortunately was appalling. I paid over £8 for a breakfast that left a great deal to be desired. The sausages, bacon and eggs had obviously been left under the hot lights too long. The sausages were wrinkled and hard, with no taste, and... More

A clean and friendly hotel the rooms are clean and well maintained as is the en-suit the staff are most helpful and nothing is too much trouble they have a nice dining room bar area with some views of the river Tyne and its many bridges and it is in the shadow of the most iconic Newcastle bridge

We have stayed at many premier inns, there is no doubting that this hotel has a great location and view. The rooms are ok if a little tired, but adequate. A bonus is the underground car park remember to book ahead there are only 10 or so spaces at £7 a night. The heating on the rooms leaves a lot... More

My partner and I stayed here for a gig we were attending at the Sage. The location is ideal with loads of places to eat and drink around. On check in I asked if I could have a river view and the staff were so obliging. Room was spacious and lovely with beautiful views along the Quaside up and down.... More

I stayed at the hotel this weekend with my partner and 7week old baby. I phoned up before hand as I was worried about sterilising her bottles. They assured me that I was able to take my microwave steriliser and give it to a staff member who would take it to the kitchen whenever I needed. All the staff were... More

Stayed here at the weekend with friends for my birthday celebrations!! We booked three twin rooms at the bargain price for £21 each for room only!! The room was very clean and contained all of the essentials required. For example clean bedding, comfortable beds, hairdryer, toiletries, extra power points and tv, if only small. Could not understand why you only... More

Paid just £29 for a Wednesday night, was ideal for what we wanted. Cheap, clean, fresh, warm and nice comfy bed... However a lot of building works outside and this hotel is noisy so if you want a relaxing quiet nights sleep, on this busy road and especially at present with building works this isn't for you. But overall would... More
