Stayed here before, but feel that Premier Inn in general are trying to compare themselves pricewise to a four star which they are not so our stay was expensive. We arrived at the hotel earlier than anticipated so asked if we could check in early to which the receptionist responded with a very unpleasant NO. Stayed for the weekend with friends. Rooms were adequate , staff generally friendly but the place could use a good steam clean of the carpet and a little face lift. Comfortable, centrally located and value for price.

My husband and i stayed at the premier inn in May. We got a lovely surprise with the bedroom. The bed was very comfy. We had a good nights sleep. All the staff were friendly. There is a local bus service that takes you in to city centre.

My wife & myself recently stayed at the Premier Inn in the centre of Newcastle.I have to say the hotel is well situated, the staff where very helpful & friendly ( in particular a young Irish girl called Stephanie), who worked in the bar restaurant.The breakfast was very good & overall we where pleased with our stay.
