Staff were friendly apon arrival. When we went to locate our room on the 4th floor we were disapointed with the quality of the foom. The funiture looked shabbyy all furniture was marked and looked dirty and the air conditioning/ heating system was very noisy. We stayed here on the weekend of 16 March for 2 nights. Check in was fine and proceeded to room.
