We had a problem in the hotel and both the night manager and the day manager were unable to sort the problem out. To manage you have to make decisions and if they are unable to do this then what is the rest of the hotel being run like. I will never stop there again and will also tell my colleagues likewise and all of my other bussiness associates. more
