Pretty happy with this hotel. Excellent location, only a ten minute walk from the city centre. It is also only 2 minutes from the metro. Rooms are a decent size, with decent amenities. A little bit old fashioned, but I am not really concerned about that. The staff were more than helpful on any queires i had. The room did... more

I booked this hotel due to the price (£50 per night), as most budget chain hotels in the area were not particularly cheap (most likely due to the number of stag and hen parties in the city for the weekend). At the time of our stay the restaurant, bar and leisure facilities were closed, due to a fire which occurred... more

My Husband and I decided to choose this hotel from all the rest as it was exceptional value for money at £70 a night for dbb. We found the staff really pleasant and our room was of good quality. The cleanliness of the hotel as a whole was really good. The menu for dinner was different each night with a... more

We have just arrived back today after a very pleasant 3 night stay. We paid very little for 3 nights dinner bed and breakfast. The food was very good but some of the waiting staff had too much nonsense in their heads to serve properly, but it didn't put us off. The hotel rooms were in need of upgrading as... more

The hotel was very welcoming from the start of our stay and the receptionist changed our booking of a double room to a twin room, without any extra charge. The staff were very accommodating and couldn't do enough to help. The location of the hotel was ideal for shopping, situated in close proximity to the train station - only 2... more

Booked two rooms for two nights through Easybreaks at a cost of £65 per room (NOT per person) per night which included a help-yourself full breakfast (porridge made to order) and a great three-course dinner plus tea/coffee. On the menus, breakfast was priced at £14 and the dinner was £16 per person which meant that we were being charged only... more

We booked this hotel through Easy breaks at a very affordable price. (2 nights DBB £130). We arrived early and the nice receptionist said that we could sit in the bar until check in. We decided to go for a walk instead. We got directed to the town centre which is surprisingly only a ten minute walk away. Our room... more

We we're moved here as the hotel we'd booked had messed our bookings up. This hotel is a disgrace, health and safety should close it down! the bedrooms we're small an dingy, the bathrooms we're disgusting I so did not want to take a shower as they we're that old and filthy, but eventually I did by putting a towel... more

Spent 3 nights in the hotel and would go back. It is situated in a lovely area and close to the tube. The room had every thing we wanted. The Breakfast was out of this world and was served from 7 to 10. The staff were v helpful and our room was attended on a daily basis. The swimming pool... more
