Stayed at the Jury's Inn Newcastle for two nights. Great location, very handy to the city centre and the Quayside. For such a central location the room was very quiet. Had a pleasant stay with good wifi, nice room friendly and very helpful staff.

A one night visit attending an event at the nearby arena. The rooms were fine and the food in the bar perfectly adequate. The bar got a bit lively as the stag and hen traffic past through! Jurys are the same everywhere; they all come up to the same standard and are completely reliable if a little lacking in character.

We were looking for a spacious room to stay in for one night while attending a gig at The O2 Academy and that is what we got. The hotel turned out to be further away from The O2 than I thought but this was because my other half who claims to have a sense of direction in Newcastle said "Oh... More

Clean, comfortable and has a hotel feel to it that can be missing in similar priced hotels. Nice wild boar and chorizo burgers. It was quiet during the week but the bar was filling up with lively hen and stag parties as we left on Friday evening.

Stayed two nights for a conference at the hotel, unfortunately a Friday and Saturday. Conference facilities good, free wifi, free tea and coffee and a nice dinner on the first evening. The hotel was cold though, very over air-conditioned and we sat in fleeces and jackets all weekend despite fiddling with the climate control. Rooms very standard but comfortable enough,... More

We went to see Gary Barlow at the weekend but called into the Jury's inn for pre show drinks and food! The hotel was jam packed and the bar was full to the brim, clearly a popular hotel! We explained we were going to a show and would like food as soon as possible, and staff were most helpful! We... More

This hotel has been recently refurbished and feels a lot fancier than other hotels around the same price range - though I think the bathrooms must still be getting renovated as mine was a little tired - but no bother. There didn't seem to be any air conditioning but the window opened - and it doesn't get hot in Newcastle... More

Really helpful reception staff - I had booked jury's inn Gateshead and wanted to be in Newcastle - staff sorted this for me ! Wonderful! Room spotless - although softer pillows, weren't!! Just as well I always take my own! Breakfast really good! Perfect location for the Arena. Will definitely be going back!

I upgraded to a larger room and the extra was worth it. A good location for the Metro Radio Arena and a short walk from Central Station. Easy check in, nice large clean room and large bathroom good breakfast, reasonable price. All boxes ticked. We will stay again.
