From the moment me and my partner walked in, we were treated like royalty. The room was spotless, not a single fault. will be definitely staying again, only downside is it can be a little noisy if you have your window open, but nothing too major.

Love this hotel, the staff are always friendly, efficient and attentive, the rooms are lovely and big, the breakfast is always a joy with a wide selection, I have not eaten in the restaurant but it always seems busy with a lot of customers coming who are not staying at hotel which can make the bar a little noisy for... Stayed here on business for two nights. Room was spotlessly clean and lovely modern decor. Complimentary mini bar and free movie on a Tuesday night were nice touches. Breakfast was good. Really great location for the station, shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay again when next in Newcastle.

Stayed here on Saturday night to attend a friend's birthday nearby. The hotel has a great location, wonderful staff and the room was nice, although not quite as described when we booked. Only downside was that our bathroom bin had a used condom in it, presumably from the previous guests. Eugh!

The hotel feels like its on the outskirts of the centre, however it's only a 5 minute walk into the centre and a great halfway point for the arena. The car parking felt a bit confusing and the spaces very tight, there was also blood on the car when we returned to it the next day so not sure if... More

Stayed again in July after a fabulous stay last year. Both softwares and hardwares are still very good, though some furnitures have had some wear and tear. Staff very friendly and the breakfast is great value! Great location too - very close to train station and shopping malls

The husband and I booked in for afternoon tea and what a fab experience, sandwiches, pastries, cakes and scones with clotted cream and jam. As much tea and coffee as you want and a lovely modern and contemporary atmosphere we throughly enjoyed our treat

This hotel's main attraction Is that it's just around the corner from the station and the shops. Quite a distance from the waterfront which is much more appealing as a tourist destination. It's fine for a short stay. We booked an executive room which was disappointingly small. There was no way the bed was king size either. The staff were... More

Why? because the hotel is faultless! The staff are arguabley the most welcoming and down-to-earth you'll ever have the pleasure to meet. The hotel rooms are spotless, high end luxury and without a doubt, different from the norm - like the speaker in the bathroom so I can listen to the radio in the Shower, or the minibar stocked with...
