Myself and my husband stayed for two nights at this hotel. On arrival we found a couple of petite fours with Happy Anniversary written on the dish in chocolate plus a card. Nice touch. The girl on reception was very friendly, welcoming and very helpful. Our room was colour schemed in green all the rooms are decked in different coloured... More

Just excellent. Great location and most helpful staff. I have no idea where the Indigo trains their front desk staff and how they recruit - but whoever is in a charge is in for a huge raise. They made us feel welcome from the first minute, were more than helpful and friendly beyond belief. The room was nice, clean, quiet... More

The food prices had actually been much more reasonable than I would have imagined for a Marco Pierre white restaurant. Great food and nice wine. Would highly recommend if your in the area. This is the second time I have stayed here and the service has been great both visits.

Stayed here for my wife's birthday. Got to hotel early and our room wasn,t ready. Esther a very friendly receptionist took our mobile number after putting our luggage away and called us a little later. Our room was a balcony room which was very stylish with not great views but was a nice place to sit with a drink from... More

My wife and I had a 3 day visit to Newcastle staying in the Indigo. We could not fault the hotel, the staff or the location, 2 minutes walk from the metro. From the minute we walked through the door to the friendly reception area we were made to feel welcome and comfortable. The bedroom was spotlessly clean, lovely fluffy... More

Fantastic hotel, great location. 5 minutes walk from the station, 2 minutes walk to the nearest bar. Modern and clean hotel rooms, nice touch with the complimentary drinks in the mini bar. A warm welcome from Rachel on reception, who asked us about our plans for the day and then checked if we'd had a good time when we checked... More

Arrived looking rather bedraggled after walking for hours in the rain but the receptionist made us feel truly looked after and explained patiently what the facilities were and what we had to do etc. The room was lovely and well appointed with a decent sized telly with Sky (if this is important). Had a meal in the Marco Pierre White... More

Modern boutique hotel in a good position in the city centre. Staff were very friendly and check in check out efficient. The room was very clean & more than big enough the free mini bar containing water, soft drinks, chocolate & crisps was an unexpected bonus. The only thing that was a bit disappointing was the full english breakfast which... More

I recently visited this hotel with my partner for a special birthday celebration and was not disappointed. Our room was upgraded to include a balcony and being on the fourth floor was very quiet. The staff were very polite and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The only downside was the restaurant which operates under the Marco Pierre White... More
