The room was lovely very bright and airy. The bathroom is a wet room so the shower is in the corner, very nice... More

I'll keep it simple , the manageress and staff could not have made me feel anymore welcome . This was a last minute booking and they bent over backwards to accommodate me. Once I had checked in, the room was clean and well featured and my overall stay was excellent !

I have stayed at the Newcastle Jesmond Hotel four nights a week, for five and a half months, since February 2014. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the Staff are very welcoming, helpful and friendly. Close by, there are plenty of bars and restaurants, to satisfy all tastes. I was in the area on business and the hotel suited... More

Placed in a lovely location, close to shops, bars and restaurants (and with the station a short walk away) you'd expect it to be a lot louder than it actually was. My partner and I slept comfortably and with no disturbances the two nights we stayed and would definitely go again. The decor is simple but classy, and has minor... More

We stayed here for a weekend (23rd-25th May) for a friends wedding in Jesmond. The reception staff were lovely leading up to and on our stay. I had emailed prior to my stay asking for soya milk to be provided and it was arranged no problem and they printed out a map of the area so we could find the... More

We stayed here last night and were disappointed. The bed sheets were covered in hair and had clearly not been changed. We found out at 11am when we went to bed and the duty manager who agreed and changed them. The room is very small. The bathroom is poor- we didn't have hot water and on ringing reception it turned... Firstly, please accept my apologies for your overall experience. This is clearly not the satisfaction level that we aim for. Secondly, I must also thank you for bringing the water issue to my attention. After you called reception, a quick trip to the boiler room and a flick of the switch meant that the hot water was back up and... More
