We had such an amazing stay here! Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Views to die for. The most comfortable bed I've ever stayed in. And dont even get me started on how AMAZING the food is in the restaurant! We will definitely be returning and I recommend Malmaison to everyone!!

I didn't stay overnight but visited the spa. Fantastic facilities (shame no pool). Was greeted by very polite staff shown the relaxation area got into my robe ready for my massage. Total heaven. You can go in the sauna afterwards and then on to the relaxation room which is very tranquil sitting there in the massage chair sipping a cocktail.... More

This stay was part of my Christmas treat and husband was very excited about staying here, had ordered a Millenium bridge view and everything. maybe I had the wrong impression of a Malmaison hotel. I thought they were meant to be quirky, a little bit naughty, certainly different and after the receptionist blurted out how much the room was (that... More

Stayed here Recently. We could not fault the quality of service offered by all the staff, friendly and helpful. Sunday lunch was the best so far of the 4 other Malmaison hotels we have so far visited. Our room was perfect. Breakfast was perfectly adequate and you have the option of a cooked breakfast for £2 extra. One small comment, the... More

I stayed here through business but as a treat for my birthday. The room was very impressive, clean, modern and comfortable. It overlooked the river with stunning views of the bridges and the Sage and Baltic. The evening meal was excellent and they even brought me a special dessert. The bar was pleasant and the staff in both were friendly... More

Booked in for a Saturday overnight stay with friends. Heard lots of people raving about this hotel but it didn't impress me at all. Reception and bar staff were pleasant. The rooms are very minimalist and lack in atmosphere. The chase-long was stained, heaven knows what with, didn't like to think about it! The drinks tray is in the wardrobe... More

Malmaison is a lovely hotel with nice clean rooms and friendly front desk staff, the morning breakfast staff leave a lot to be desired though! Service can be a bit lapse, I would recommend the hotel to anyone wanting to be on the key side it's a lovely location, the downside to our stay was ignorant guests and friends having... More

Perfect location for people who like to talk in the scenery and the air. Not far from the bustling nightlife but in a quiet location. Hotel itself very nice rooms, the bar downstairs is very pricey. All in all very nice and would love to visit again.

As far as I'm concerned, if you can't be bothered to install a power outlet anywhere near the bed or a lamp that could possibly be used for reading, then everything else about your hotel is irrelevant. You can tell they spent years, weeks, days, hours picking out the carpet (which is beyond vile imho, but that's subjective), but not... More
