We stayed last sunday 29th jan, myself and my husband for my birthday. We took avantage of the sunday offer which at the time of booking a cpl of weeks beforehand was stay for £35 in a river view executive room when spending £75 in the restaurant. We emailed the hotel after booking directly on their website and requested a...

We (a bunch of girls) stayed here for a 2 night stay. We booked the girly night on Friday which included a spa treatment. Le petite spa is that indeed, though whilst small it is certainly worth a visit, we all opted for back massage and we all left happy and relaxed.
The rooms are clean, have nice toiletries and...

Took advantage of the room for £35.00 if you spend £75.00 in the restaurant. Well on arriving we were told we had been upgraded as it was my wifes birthday. The room was beautiful. The main asset to this hotel is the staff. They make you feel special. Thats from the cleaner who was mopping the floor to the reception...

Nice rooms if a little small. No double glazing so sometimes noise. Great location. Very dark lobby and corridors a bit depressing. Restaurant staff a bit incompetent e.g. had to call wAitress back to order a drink after being seated.

I recently turned from a 2 night break at this hotel and I have to say that it is perfectly positioned by the quayside, with lovely views of the millennium bridge. Room was big and comfortable and good value. The bar has a glamorous crowd and great cocktails. Decor is starting to look a little tired, but the service most...

We arrived on a Saturday lunchtime for two nights. The reception staff were so welcoming and friendly and really seemed interested in our visit. The hotel is very 'moody' with dark lighting and Alice in Wonderland furniture which really made the hotel stand out for all the right reasons. The room was nice too, it looked very stylish in black,...

I stayed here overnight in December on a work-related trip to Newcastle. Room was very comfortable with everything you expect of a hotel of this standard. The location right opposite the famous Millenium bridge over the river Tyne is great and gives access to the waterfront with its bars and restaurant. A walk across the bridge is a must and...

Excellent hotel, quite dark and you feel a little naughty staying there! Excellent room (cheapest on hotel site) with awesome view of the Tyne...also the breakfast was well worth the extra. Only small issue was we couldn't find a fridge in the room?!

Super visit - We went for a weekend away and the service was lovely, the food was great and the room was clean and spacious with a huge bed and a great view of the Millenium bridge.
We both had a "Life saving back massage", and agian, that was great!!
Would definately go again
