we stay in the hotel the year before there was 3 felmales and this year because it it was a party of 4 felmales we had to pay a bond of £30 each and then we had to wait in the morning for the staff to check rooms before we could get back out £30 each i did not think... more

Due to the increase in Stag/ Hen weekend bookings in the Newcastle area, we had to make a policy decision regarding groups, especially single sex groups. We did not previously ask for bonds , but unfortunately, due to a small minority who always spoil things for everbody else - we have had to implement a bond situation for bookings of...

Nice hotel, a little difficult to find, not close to centre of Newcastle. The restaurant is excellent and the service was very good... the room was clean but cold on arrival and we did have to request a second set of towels. This could have been tolerated BUT... Our stay was spoiled by the unruly behaviour of other guests who... more
