First time I have stayed in a Travelodge and think it's great they allow 3 adults to occupy a room. The room was clean and the beds comfy enough but basic but I didn't expect anything more. The staff were nice and the breakfast was good although wouldn't ha e minded some mushrooms! :) On our second evening the light,... More

Stayed at this hotel in jan 2015 and In a double room. The room itself was fairly clean and spacious. The bathroom was very small and had one of the showers with shower curtain that clings to you while having a shower. Staying in the hotel itself was like staying in a 18-30 club, people wasted at all times of... More

I would say a great hotel. I have couple of niggles to have at it. 1) lack of plugs in bedroom when I wanted to charge a mobile or tablet had to unplug the kettle or TV. 2) Breakfast needs upgrading better hot buffet. Now the positive side to this hotel. Value for money, get what you pay for, close... More

We arrived as a large group of 18. The receptionists were very friendly and check in was quick and simple. They checked us in together which allowed us to have rooms next to each other. The receptionists were also extremely helpful giving us a map of newcastle, a taxi card number and some handy tips! Rooms were basic but perfect... More

Perfect stay, stayed here for the weekend away with the girls. All the staff were friendly, the food was good and open for when you get in from a night out. Adrian one of the staff members sat with us while having a few drinks before going out and was doing magic which really made our evening, it was so... More

We stayed for two nights, A party of over 100 cheerleaders and parents, we were given a whole floor to ourselves, The rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, breakfasts were filling and delicious (and as we needed to be at a competition for 8am they were served from 6.30 for us) the evening meals were great too. The staff were... More

I stayed here with a friend for a night out in Newcastle. We only live in Sunderland however often cheaper to stay over than it is to get a taxi. Hotel is in an ok location, close to the quayside and a short walk from restaurants and bars. We stayed in December and it was raining so jumped in a... More

We stayed here for one night. A group of 11.. When we got there and parked in the travelodge car park we were told we still had to pay for parking which I find unfair since we paid to use the hotel and its facilities. The lady advised us they was a Mix up with rooms and instead of single... More

My daughter and friends travelled here last weekend. As a parent take note, advise them to book elsewhere as I'm sure you know what kids are like and how careless they are. I'm making no excuses for the girls but between two rooms goods worth over £500 were left behind. Both items were left in the rooms, that is without... More

A group of 5 of us (girls night out) stayed here, was a very nice hotel, would definitely recommend. Right in the centre. The rooms were clean, bed was lovely & comfy, very cheap, shower was a bit dodgy, kept going hot & cold. The breakfast I had was really nice, would of been better if it was separately priced,...
