Never felt compelled to write a Trip Advisor review on anywhere until we landed at this place! The interior was not only wonderfully decorated, but the staff were lovely, the breakfast was tasty and more than fulfilling, and the stay was just generally great value for money. The location is a bonus too, only 5 minutes away from the city... More

We stayed at the Rosebery when my Mother was in the Freeman Hospital. The staff there was so friendly, helpful and kind to us. The rooms are vast with everything that you could need for a stay. We had a lovely view, overlooking a church, the food was tasty and plentiful. It is a quiet location, 5 minutes to the... More

A really homely feel to this idyllic, vintage hotel set in the heart of Jesmond, a mere stones throw from Jesmond Dene. Staff couldn't do enough for you, really friendly, polite and helpful, made me feel very welcome and at home.

The Rosebery hotel has bags of character and a really welcoming atmosphere. It's clear loads of thought and attention to detail went into the recent refurbishment, no two rooms the same! Jesmond is a lovely suburb of Newcastle, lots of tree lined lanes, classy bars and eateries. It's near enough to Newcastle to access all you want, but just far... More

Vintage Style in Newcastle A tucked away Jesmond B&B, stumbled across it via another portal, but booked direct, as cheaper. Very clean, room was well laid out, everything you would need food wise, selection of croissants, muffins and waffles for breakfast, with all the accompaniments. Curiosities, mirrors and humorous signs adorn the common parts. Staff were friendly and welcoming and... More

Booked two nights at the Rosebery. I appreciated that I got a discount. I also was upgraded on arrival to a room with ensuite. And I got a welcome glass of wine. Its a quirky and characterful establishment. A lot of thought has gone into the decor, with lots of elaborate mirrors and ornaments on every available surface, and painted... More

Gorgeous vintage styled room, with a lovely view! Hotel staff very friendly and was greeted with a complementary glass of wine upon arrival, which was a nice touch. Very comfortable bed, large room, en suite bathroom was stunning, room top bath. Quirky interior, funny signs all over the hotel to make you smile. Got a free continental breakfast. There was...
