Excellent location overlooking the Tyne river/bridges . Room prices are very high however we had an upgraded room which was very spacious with a comfortable bed , bathroom needs updating however room very clean overall Breakfast was excellent for quality/choice Multi storey Car park is adjacent to hotel with a lift inside the hotel. We booked for 2 nights at this hotel but only stayed for 1 it is very poor value for money, the rooms are dated like a throw back to the eighties. The beds were really hard and uncomfortable Restaurant area was clean staff very helpful, but the food was average.
