Warm welcome stayed in a nice twin room (room 202) but lots of stairs to climb if you get allocated it..nice downstairs bar area and good full english breakfast in the morning after a night out in Newcastle all our group enjoyed the stay and would visit again.Large carpark at rear big enough for our large minibus!

arrived at the hotel after an extremely tiring train ride . Hotel staff were very welcoming Nothing was too much trouble for the receptionist . Room 112 was quiet with a v good internet signal . It was just so relaxing here after the trouble it took me to get to newcastle .
I would definitely stay in this hotel...

Stayed here for just one night Sat 7th april after being highly disapointed with the crappy Metro Inns. Me and my mate are not too fussy when it comes to hotels as long as its fairly clean and a bed to sleep in thus the price would be relatively low. But the Metro Inns? My God I have never seen...

Quite a remarkable experience this one .....
Just spent one night here and the sins were
1) toilet broken as in did not flush
2) unhygenic state of toilet left
3) marked carpet
4) marked walls
5) chair defaced
6) cracked tiles
7) Funny odour of hotels akin to a kabab shop

Originally we had 3 singles and a triple room booked, funny old thing that changed on arrival to 2 triples. The hotel could do with a revamp, as...

We walked the Hadrians Wall and this is the last hotel that we stayed at. Orginially we did not book this hotel but the hotel (Dorset Arms Wallsend) that we were supposed to stay in messed up and so this was a replacement and an upgrade! Its a lovely part of town, staff were grate and we slept well!

As the title said good value for money! Nice clean rooms, very friendly staff, only down side was traffic out front at peak times but that's the same in most city centre located hotels! Would stay again & would recommend!

This hotel was reasonably priced, good location for shopping & drinking! very clean, well presented staff & rooms . For the money it was exactly what we were looking for. For me the only thing I would change was the traffic outside at peak times but then that is the same at most city centre hotels.
