Good location just one road back from water front quay area. Walking distance to town centre ( 20mins), but nice stroll. Clean and comfortable hotel, with all important free parking. Internet access for kids at £3 for 24hrs. Great buffet breakfast, lots of variety and good quality.

Ideally located just 10 minutes walk from the city centre. Very comfortable bed made for a good sleep, except for the hot room due to the very warm weather. A fan was already provided. The reception was smooth, the lady helpful and polite. The breakfast was self serve but all good and plenty of it, to set us up for... More

Have just spent two nights here with my husband as we were looking for somewhere in the area which was within easy reach of Beamish Museum. This hotel is in a great location, close by the river and within easy walking distance of the Quayside and Newcastle City Centre. Car parking is also free and plentiful. Having stayed at many... I was pleased that you enjoyed your stay with us. We do try to do everything we can to keep the rooms cool without the air-conditioning but I am sorry that you still felt the room was too hot. We do have another hotel in the City centre a 10 minute walk from our hotel that does have air-conditioning, which... More

This is a nice Premier Inn. I stayed there with my husband and 2.5 year old girl for 5 days. In terms of location its not bad. This was the only one of 2 Premier Inns with parking in Newcastle which was quite handy for us. Staff were friendly and obliging. We got amazing service during check in on the... More

Having stayed in other Premier Inn's we were a little disappointed with this one. The hotel is in need of redecoration. The shower wasn't great as the water pressure was so low. We were woken by people in the hallway every morning which was frustrating. This hotel is not recommended for solo travellers as the entrance is not staffed and... More

Great staff, location and full value for money. Booking was easy, check-in no problem at all and there was a bar too! Overall, thoroughly pleased and will definitely look at staying in a Premier again.

We visit Newcastle quite often and have always stayed in city centre. However, going to a concert at Metro Arena, I noticed the Millenium Bridge was slightly closer so we went there this time. It's about ten - fifteen minutes walk to shops via a busy main road. However, if you come out of the hotel(on foot) and turn right... More
