One night here on business. Easy to find and easy parking although I am not sure that if you arrived in the evening if there's enough parking for ALL guests? Typical Premier Inn nice and clean and I just love these new Hypnos beds! The one thing I really liked about this place was the temperature. Many of these hotels... More

Stayed at the Premier Inn Millennium Bridge latter part of October 2014 for a Saturday and Sunday night - the staff are friendly - opted for a twin room for two adults = mistake. There is one main double bed which was nice and comfortable but the "twin" is a roll out which is only suitable for a child and... More

On arrival, very pleasant staff and very happy with an immaculately clean and furnished room. But despite a very comfortable bed with immaculate bedding, very little sleep. We could hear every footstep and voice passing our bedroom door and also in the room above. Finally got to sleep about 6.30 am. and managed a few hours but spent the rest... More

We booked this premier inn just for one night as we were going to see Kylie at the metro arena. It was easy to find and close to the arena. There was plenty parking too. The room was basic but nice and clean. The staff were really nice especially Heather their receptionist. She was so friendly, warm and welcoming. She... More

Short taxi ride to Town Centre, taxis are fairly priced. Not too far to walk on a nice day. Lots of pleasant bars and eating places nearby. Excellent service nice clean rooms, breakfast good value for money.

Forget city centre, this is the place for a romantic weekend. The quayside is a fantastic oasis of classy restaurants and bars away from the hustle and bustle of Newcastle City centre. Room, spotless, staff couldn't do enough, Millennium bridge 5 mins away (15 mins back up the steps). Great food and atmosphere on the doorstep. If you want the... More

This is a good value place to stay in the city if you do not want to spend a lot of money. The car parking is free and you are walking distance to the Millennium Bridge. The service is good, the rooms are clean and decent. The building looks a little tired but by no means the worst I have... More

Only stayed one night, very clean and not far from city centre Our only problem was the taxi driver took us to the wrong Premier Inn so make sure you double check at reception as we didn't find out until later in the day

Comments about our stay on Sunday 7 September are the same as in our previous review (12 June 2014). It turned out the Great North Run coincided with our visit, which apparently justified a hike of over 60% in room price compared with today’s flexible price of £72 for room only, which better reflects the quality of this hotel (and,... Comfy bed, quiet room (No 18). Staff were helpful and the bar was well stocked and good prices. Premier inns should all be the same but this is a good one and does as Lenny says. When I was there it was 2 for 1 drinks up to 7pm so - bonus. Food menu is good in Thyme . Breakfast... More
