I would recommend this place. The room size is good. The staff are friendly. If you wake up in time for breakfast its good. Bit of delay as there only one person cooking. It was what we wanted. Four lads coming up to watch the football Will stay again next time we visit newcastle.

I stayed one night prior to joining the DFDS ferry to Amsterdam and was impressed with this hotel. It is easily accessable from both the airport (about 4 miles) and the central railway station (about 2 mile) I took the number 10 bus from the station and was there in under 10 minutes and the bus stop is exactly outside... I stayed here for one night, didn't really know what to expect as the price suggests it may not be very good. The chap that checked me in was friendly, and when asked suggested a couple of places to eat nearby. He showed me to my room, showed me where the tea and coffee facilities were in the communal lounge... More

Its an ok stay, however yes the rooms walls were paper thin and couls hear everything that was going on in the place. Room was clean and tidy and tv was decent size. The one and only person of staff i did see seemed ok and helpful enough. Would probbaly use again and not to far from city centre.

If you can get over the constant doorbell ringing then it is an OK stay. We were there on a stag do so weren't expecting much. However, the staff were friendly and the rooms were clean. The walls (and ceilings) are very thin so noise does carry. I would not rush back here but is more than adequate for the... More

Nice clean establishment. Breakfast was cooked to order. Little disappointed to be in the eves as I have difficulty with ,stairs but I hadn't thought to ask for a ground floor room. (I had included the fact that I was a blue badge holder when I booked). I'd booked a twin room and got a triple?!!! I had booked on... More

Just back from a stay here. We received a very friendly welcome and were allocated a downstairs very spacious room. Beds were comfy. The breakfast was lovely too. My wife requires gluten free food and she was catered for very well. We will be using again.
