It was so lovely, friendly staff (particularly in the restaurant) stunning location (despite the rain), beautiful rooms and a lovely spa area. Literally can't fault it. Awful - we booked one of the most expensive rooms. When we arrived the bath had not been washed (hairs in the bath). Dinner was overrated and overpriced - so on second night cancelled our second evening meal and went in to Haslemere for a Curry. Spa and grounds were nice - recomend a daytrip!! more
