For business in Guildford business park it is well positioned. The food is ok, feels as if it is all just heated in a microwave but for the money ok. Room was a little tired but the music from the gym and the sound of weights crashing at 3 am does tend to wake you up.

This hotel is above a 24 hour gym. All night long heavy weights and equipment are used. The building, the hotel and beds vibrate. You hear loud noises of weight machines and other equipment as well. The refund was appreciated but unless you sleep very heavily this hotel is best avoided.
