Due to back problems a room was allocated with a firm mattress. The room we were given was up three flights of very steep stairs underneath the eves, with a bathroom door that would not shut. The website promised "excellent accommodation", well I beg to differ... Arrived around 7.30pm, the car park is very poorly lit and small compared to the size of the hotel therefore struggled to find a space.
