Asperion Hillside. This place is ideal for business travellers, it is situated on the main road through to Guildford so the traffic I suspect could be quite noisy although we were in the back so can not say for sure. The room itself was spotless with a large bed. Strangely they have a DVD player but no radio. Complimentary mineral... more

I took my newly married wife to Asperion Hillside for our mini-honeymoon and we had the most amazing one night stay. Daniel's attention to detail was superb and made sure that the personalised package I wanted was exactly right, even including his and hers menus for the private dining dinner we shared! The food was truly spectacular, my wife described... more

The service is simply superb. I have only stayed there a few times and Daniel remembers the what drink I have and greets me by name at the front door. You cannot buy this high level of service. The package is complete with excellent breakfasts and evening meals and a great ambience to spend some time, be it the garden,... more

I discovered this hotel by chance and now stay as often as I can, Even though it is classified as guest house it is better than many 4 or 5 star hotels I stay in. The whole ambience of the hotel is superb. If you want to totally chill out and relax then this is the place. Everything from the... more

I recommend this place to all my friends currently; it is just wonderful! There is something about this place - it looks good, it feels good and it smells good, but mostly it imposes a feeling of relaxation on you, from which it is hard to escape (if you wanted to). Rooms are spacy with good amenities, and the bed... more

Our room was large, well appointed, and so comfortable. The care taken over its decor is obvious, original, and tasteful. Wines are well selected - they really hit that spot. As for the food - sublime: good value and quality, excellently prepared and presented. I highly recommend it - once sampled, you'll be back (maybe I should scrap this review,... more

My sister and I had a fantastic Friday evening at Asperion Hillside. Nestled in the countryside, it provides a perfect weekend getaway from London. We particularly enjoyed the gorgeous organic wines from their honesty bar and the mammoth breakfast the next morning. There are some sweet pubs close by and Guildford is a hop-skip-jump away for some Saturday shopping. Highly... more

Arranged a private dinning experience for colleagues at work, we were tired of the normal curry and chinese meals so arranged with the hotel a bespoke menu. This included Scallops to start, with Venison, Pidgeon or Line caught Sea Bass as a main. Service was excellent food was fantastic would recommend this for a personal private dining experience for that... more
