had a wonderful stay the staff were friendly and helpful. Had no problems what so ever couldn't fault it at all. The shower was wonderful the service to the room to get another pillow was excellant. The breakfast was really nice even though it was under hot lights it wasn't stale or cold. We ate one night in the hotel... more

Stayed there for a few weeks while on business Hotel - All clean. Pool & Gym are ok. Rooms - Clean but facilities basic compared to pricing - Problems with air-con which were never resolved over weeks. Meant an open window to the A3..noisy! Food - Room service food quality is poor. Cheap ingredients at hyper prices. - Breakfast is... more

Stayed one night. Well outside guildford - £7 in a taxi from the station. Booked an executive room, which would have been fine, except it faced onto the road and looked out onto a rooftop with a noisy set of fans going. As we specifically requested a room away from traffic noise and hotel noise my husband went down and... more

The hotel is on par with typical Holiday Inn standards and has a great Health Club with Pool & Spa Area. The restaurant and food are a good standard as are the rooms. The biggest drawback with this hotel is the location as no where is in walking distance meaning a constant reliance on taxi's. more

Don't think about the outside appearance too long, inside you'll be welcomed by friendly staff in a clean and modernish atmosphere. Otherwise Holiday Inn standard. Restaurant staff needs training. My room was quiet and clean, breakfast was OK. more

We only stayed for one night as we booked thru Thorpe Park for an overnight break. We got there early and they checked us straight in. The check in lady was really helpful when we asked about various things. There were also chocs on the counter!!! The room was spotless apart from dust under the TV and the toiletries were... more

We've stayed here a number of times as it's near my family. We always stay on a weekend and the Dinner Rate Deal (two nights for two people including breakfast both days and a 3-course dinner one night) is fantastic value for money. The rooms are always spotlessly clean and the staff are always helpful. I know it's not in... more

2nd stay, last stay was a few years ago. Very friendly reservation service, as well as check-in. This time I came in very late and went directly to sleep. Hence I can't comment the other amenities. Hope next time I'll have time to try out the gym & pool area, which looked nice. A bit surprised there was no lift... more

Don't go, The food is pour but cheep, only basic TV, bad Internet Connection, and if you want to use the training facilities you must have training shoes. There many other hotels in Guildford that are cheaper and located closer to the center. more
