We spent three nights in an adorable little house, enjoyed the furniture as well as the dishes, the television, the records - and the breakfast ! Anne is perfect host, providing anything we needed. The garden is beautiful, the location peaceful and inspiring. Very much recommended.

My husband and I stayed here for a wedding + our 1st wedding anniversary the following morning. Anne was very accommodating to our timetable (early check in, etc.) and the room was beautiful. Very clean, cosy and spacious. Breakfast was provided in the room which we were able to help ourselves to -- we loved this and it made the... More

This was my very first stay at a B & B and it was absolutely delightful. The accommodations were so warm and inviting and I immediately felt right at home! Homey touches were everywhere and daffodils were on the table. The wood-burning stove made the room so cozy for me. The gardens were so pretty and birds were chirpping all... More

This as my second visit to Leylands Farm, and it was again too short. Beautiful, private accommodation; Anne, the host, pays close attention to the details and small things that make a difference, like a piece of fruitcake when you arrive, farm-fresh eggs, farm jellies, and lit a warm fire in our suite. Lovely gardens, and great walks close by.

My husband and I stayed at Leylands farm last week on the Saturday night. Anne and her husband made us feel very welcome. We had a delightful stay. The annex is lovely, and even has a log fire. There are great breakfast facilities allowing us to make breakfast. The morning after we enjoyed a walk around the stunning grounds. It... More

Leylands Farm is in a delightful location in this area of outstanding natural beauty. You can go for walks straight from the house through beautiful countryside with scarcely a soul in site. It's no great distance to Dorking and Guildford, so you have the best of both worlds. We used to live in the Abinger area in the 1970s and... More

Brilliant! The annexe of the farm was comfortable and with everything we needed. Anne was very welcoming and the setting of the farm is second to none. Very handy to have facilities to make our own breakfast, and excellent value

We were walking two sections of the Greensands Way and found Leylands Farm a prefect rest for the night; it was difficult to leave in the morning to continue. It was also our 26th Wedding Anniversary too and provided a relaxing setting to celebrate. The farm is in an outstanding setting. The Annex is very self contained and beautifully furnished... More

Leylands Farm provided me and my two children (11 and 8) a perfect 2 night stay. The Annex suite was a wonderful self-contained unit allowing us to totally relax and get away from everything. The gardens at the house are extensive and beautiful and we were able to use them at our leisure. As well as the farm itself there... More

We were looking for a last minute booking on a short tour around Surrey and Suffolk NT locations (Polsden Lacey, Box Hill, Leith Hill, Nymans) and came across this on Trip Advisor. We were very glad we did as it was an amazing place to stay. Leylands Farm is set deep in the Surrey high weald woodland and is surrounded... More
