Despite the weather being pretty rotten we had a lovely time at Leylands Farmhouse on a one night stay in Dorking in Jan 2014. Myself and my sister stayed in the annex. Ann, the owner, was in touch before hand with lots of useful information and instructions. When we arrived she helped us set up the real fire to warm... More

Leylands farm is a wonderful B&B. The annex is absolutely beautiful and very spacious. A little sitting room and cosy fire place to ourselves and a lovely bedroom and bathroom upstairs. We were there for one night, but I wish we could have stayed longer. Anne the host, was so welcoming. There is nothing that has not been thought of... More

I was looking for peace and tranquility away from the hustle and bustle of inner city London, which is exactly what I got. Anne has put a lot of thought and consideration into making your stay as cosy and comfortable as possible adding little details such as; homemade jam, chocolate goodies and tea and coffee on tap. Leylands Farm is... More

Our hosts did a wonderful job of ensuring our stay was a memorable one. The annex, attached the to main house, provides a cosy and private home away from home. It includes a separate living area downstairs from the well appointed bedroom and bathroom. The location is perfect for exploring the Surrey Hills and there are a number of good... More

Being keen cyclists the Surrey Hills were on our "to do" list and having somewhere cosy to come back to after a day on the road was essential. Leylands Farm did not disappoint, in fact, our 4 night stay surpassed our expectations. It's a delightful little annexe to the main house, very comfortable, cosy, private with every need catered for.... More

Leylands Farm was a real find. So near to London (we reached Hampton Court in an easy 40 minutes) but right in the beautiful countryside of the North Downs, which we were able to explore. First-rate accommodation, very welcoming, all facilities you could hope for, and essentially a very relaxing environment. We stayed for four nights, wish it could have... More

We had so much fun, it was a lovely place to stay for a break, and the host was great, the location was really nice and peaceful, it is surprising that you can experience this, only 20 miles outside London; all in all a relaxing experience - Ade A

I have tried on numerous occasions to stay at Leylands but had been unsuccessful until last weekend. Both my husband and I have stayed in all sorts of accommodation all over the UK and this rates right up amongst the very best. Homely, welcoming but enabling you to be as private as you wish. If you are looking for excellent... More

We were on a six week walking trip through the UK and Europe, and Leylands Farm was very close to the Greensand Way and Leith Hill Tower, so we booked a night online... did not really know what to expect as some accommodation had been a bit sad... but our day at Leylands Farm was absolutely fantastic. It has set... More

Our objective was to celebrate The May day in a memorable and romantic place and to explore the area around Leith Hill. Finding Leylands Farm was a stroke of good luck, because it ticks all the boxes: it is romantic, in the middle of the woods and it is beautiful. The service and the amenities make it memorable as well.... More
