Idyllic location. Blissfully peaceful. Friendly welcome without being o.t.t. Beautifully appointed rooms and all the facilities you would expect. Excellent breakfast. In easy walking distance of the town and some of its wonderful restaurants.

Had a very comfortable stay here whilst attending a wedding in the area. It was a pleasant and easy short walk into Lavenham. Breakast was superb, my room was lovely and when I returned in the evening after the wedding, my room was warm and welcoming. I would not hesitate to recommend a stay here.

Short notice stay both Barry and Marion were wonderful hosts. The farm is a short walk from the high street or a one minute drive. Lovely location, room and amenities (en-suite bathroom and coffee tea making facilities in the room). The quality of the space is such that it feels more like a hotel than a B&B.

Booked the room for visiting Lavenham's Xmas market. Very warm and cosy room with tea/ coffee making facility and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast consists of bacon, sausage, fried egg, tomato and mushroom+ tea/ coffee+ freshly cut fruit+ cereal+ toasts and conserves. £80 for Friday night stay. Comparing to the swan, great house, old rectory and priory- it was... More

We stayed at Brett's Farm B&B as a base from which to ride some of the suggested circular cycle touring routes in Suffolk, three of which pass through or close to Lavenham. This B&B was ideal in that it had a large locked barn in which we could store our bikes plus plenty of space to set up and test... More

We literally fell on the town of Lavenham by accident, and the same with this lovely B&B. This whole accident was one of the highlights of our visit to the United Kingdom. We were warmly welcomed and made feel very much at home. The accommodation was wonderful, well appointed and very comfortable. Thank you.

We received a warm welcome at Brett Farm and all of the facilities were modern, clean and well presented. We enjoyed a very comfortable stay helped by 2 excellent breakfasts. Stayed just one night here while on a brief trip to Suffolk. Lovely, friendly b&b. We stayed in the family room, with it's own little garden and cute ponies hanging over the fence. Beautiful room, delicious breakfast, and only a short stroll into Lavenham. Also had a fab supper at The Angel. Recommend both - highly!

Brett Farm was built 15 years ago It has 3 rooms and we had one facing the front. A nice, big room with 2 easy chairs, TV, big en-suite with shower. It was very comfortable and very quiet. Extremely clean. On edge of the historic village of Lavenham. It is a 5 minute walk to the High Street for pubs... More
