Myself and my husband stayed whilst attending a local wedding in September. The room was spacious, immaculate, comfortable and tastefully decorated. The shower room was very clean and well looked after. It was a real treat to find that we had exclusive use of a sitting room, and the host had left us some tea and coffee making facilities with... Ran by a lovely couple, this bed and breakfast is in the Suffolk countryside. We were at a friends wedding most of the time, however if we had had the time we could have gone for walks or relaxed a bit more at the farm. There is a little sitting room to relax in if we had had the time,... More

We stayed at Smythies Farm at the beginning of July 2013 as we were attending a party locally. The accommodation comprises of two beautifully furnished double rooms and a shared, newly fitted shower room. There is also a lovely little sitting room with tea and coffee making facilities. The whole farm is immaculately kept and is located in beautiful, peaceful... More

Very comfortable, clean, high class accommodation in perfect surroundings, lovely and warm with radiators and a wood burner. Jo worked really hard to ensure we were comfortable replenishing tea, coffee, milk and jugs of filter water and always new clean... More

Unfortunately we only spent one night there; everything was perfect, including breakfast. We were invited to a 70th birthday party in the vicinity and we were sorry not to be able to stay longer. The room is part of an area which I thought was self contained and could be called a flat.

This was a B&B we can confidently recommend. In fact it must be one of the best, if not the best, we have visited. The furnishings and fittings are of the highest quality and Jo looked after us with a friendly and down-to-earth care. Breakfast was excellent. Maurice and Janet Wright.
