We stayed for a few nights in August and were made to feel most welcome. The room was clean and very comfortable. Breakfasts were brilliant, with home made touches. A beautiful home, very convenient for the town centre and a nice location. Thank you for making us so very welcome in your lovely home, we enjoyed our stay and would... More

This is without a doubt the best B and B we have ever stayed in. Beautiful room, comfortable bed and all those little extras like a fridge in the room, which was a bonus. Terri is an amazing host and nothing is too much trouble, will definately be back.

We haven't stayed at a B'n'B in quite a while and our transition was made most comfortably courtesy of Terri's fine establishment. The accommodation is great, decent sized rooms, nice beds, warmth, plus an ensuite bathroom. I had a minor gripe with the size of the shower recess, but that was hardly enough to shift it from a 5 star... More

I stayed there for three nights with a work colleague and were made to feel very welcome. The rooms were clean and well stocked with all the usual things. It was good to have multi-way mains adapters for all our chargers etc and WIFI was free and at a good speed. Breakfast also was good, whether continental or the full... More

Let me start with the explanation why we have chosen to spend 8 days in Bury. This very nice small town is in the center of Suffolk and from there you can visit - using public means of transport - within less than an hour a lot of interesting places. We arrived at Heathrow and took the underground train (Picadilly... More

We stayed with Terri for about 3 weeks when we first arrived in Bury until we could move into a flat. The rooms are lovely and clean, and Terri was very welcoming and friendly. Because of other bookings she had we had to change rooms a couple of times which wasnt a problem. She went out of hr way to... More

I stayed in Hamilton House for 8 nights while working in Bury St Edmunds, it is so close to the center that it was the ideal location Terry was very welcoming and the room was always amazingly clean. I agree that the fruit in the Breakfast was excellent and I even had the chance to taste some delicious homemade jams... More

I traveled to Bury St. Edmunds with my family last month, and we booked two rooms at The Hamilton House. We couldn't have been happier! The owner was wonderful and so welcoming. She even let us check in early which we were VERY thankful for after traveling overnight. The rooms were spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. The location... More
