The computer was down when we arrived but they found our booking after a while. We was put in room 124 which was clean and tidy but smelled of ciggies. We thought someone had been smoking with the window open. We decided to eat in the hotel which was a bad idea I had the linguini with mushrooms and the... More

The accommodation is about standard for the price. Clean and well maintained. The reception and other service was good. The food on the other hand was terrible. Wild mushroom and spinach fusilli There was no spinach in it and the cream sauce was like dish water The chef ( if there was one ) I hope he reads this should... More

Breakfast - could not cook eggs as stove not working all week!!!! Service poor. Got asked at breakfast "What do you want?" Tea / coffee in room did not get replenished until I asked for it. Only one individual (didnt get his name) was worth his salt.

Dear Seif M, I am sorry to learn of your disappointing experience of our hotel. We did have an unfortunate breakdown of our oven/hob, which has taken longer than expected to resolve. It is apparent that there is a need for further team training, as we do have some great new additions to our team that may need some nurturing.... More

Booked this hotel for it's convenient location for business. Clean and adequate rooms with generally acceptable facilities. Nothing fancy & decor a little tired. Breakfast has a good range of freshly cooked hot choices. Didn't use the dining room. Sainsburys opposite if you need snacks. Reception announced my room number to all in the reception - not a clever move... More

Thank you for a nice review, We're pleased to see that you enjoyed our services. Apologies for the room number issue. You are absolutely right, we do train our teams on the subtle, none vocal announcement of room number. I have actioned a re-training throughout the team on this. I wouldn't expect never to see a repeat of this, and... More

Stayed here for 4 nights whilst working in the local area. The rooms were clean and comfortable enough and the staff were polite. The restaurant was very expensive and not the best menu i have seen. I would be happy to stay here again but only for a short period.

I arrived at the Hotel after a long day. After reading some of the reviews I arrived with a little trepidation but was pleasantly surprised. Check in was quick and efficient, the room was basic but seemed clean. After putting the kettle on I went to the bin to put the tea bag wrapper in to notice the bin was... More

Thank you, I was appauled to read of your experience. This certainly isn't the standards we work to. I have looked into this and it appears to have been an allocation issue rather than my original assumption of our housekeeping team. I would like to speak with you regarding this and provide you with a resolution. 601op@jupitermanagement.co.uk Ross D More

I stayed just the one night and having read previous reviews I wasn't expecting much. The booking clerk was friendly and honest and told me the hotel was trying to improve their image. My room was also freezing cold on arrival until I turned up the radiator. Bathroom light was on the blink but the bed was comfy. Wifi was... More

It is never easy to read a review of disappointment, however, it is still valuable tool for us to use in the shaping of our team training and our product offerings. With regard to our in house communications, being a new company, we are in the process of creating our own branded menus and communication materials, as we realise that... More

This is not a good review. The only reason I didn't give it a one was because the staff were nice and the room was clean. Room basic but clean, although shower had no water pressure. First time at this hotel. Have stayed in Best Western hotels before. Wasn't obvious where hotel was when I came off the roundabout until I went straight past and had to turn back. Plenty of car parking spaces. When we came back in the dark... No sign lit up and, again, nearly drove past. Went to check in, member of... More

Dear reviewer, I am pleased to say that we will soon see the arrival of some new, clearly visable signage to help or guests find their way at the darkest hour. In house marketing is also in the process of creation. As a new company, we are unable to use previously utilised merchandising and we are currently in the inbetween... More

The service at this hotel leaves something to be desired. Seems it's mainly used by contractors. The restaurant is basic to say the least. All food is microwave the only thing they cook is the chips and the chef even finds it difficult to do that. The table was sticky. The bar had only 2 relaxing chairs. This is not... More
