We arrived at 4.15pm and were greeted with a "I said 4.30 for check In" we asked if we were to have tea and cake (as advertised on website as "we like to greet our guests with an afternoon tea of scones, jam and cake" ) the reply was "yes I will do it in a minute" we came downstairs... More

This is an outstanding B&B. The double room was delightful, the friendly welcome and generosity of the hosts made our 2-night stay a pleasure. It was our first visit to Suffolk and we couldn't have asked for more. Fresh strawberries and rasberries and the tasty cooked breakfast were great. We managed to fit in visits to nearby Lavenhham Guidhall, Kentwell... More

We stayed 4 nights in May 2012, at Church Farm in the Lavenham room. We had a very warm welcome with tea & cakes, and then took a long walk through the orchards. At first I was unsure of the main road, but we had a very quiet time and a very good sleep. The bedroom and bathroom were very... More

From the moment we arrived at this lovely farmhouse we were made to feel really welcome. We were greeted with tea & coffee and delicious homemade cake and scones. Stayed in the Lavenham room which was very comfortable and roomy with a great en suite. The walk through the orchard up to the trout lake in the evening and morning... More

Stayed 1 Saturday night as I was at a tennis course at Culford School. Booking was no problem, £45 for a twin room. Plenty of parking, very comfortable room and a warm welcome from Ruth the owner who greeted me with a pot of tea and cakes! Bathroom was 10 feet down the hall but perfect and loads of piping... Beautiful Farm house with lovely orchard grounds. We stayed in the double room which lovely, 4 poster bed was very comfortable (which made it difficult to get up !) with Egyptian sheets. Onsuite was large with bath & separate shower with lovely local soap products which I thoroughly enjoyed! Very clean and tidy with a real relaxing theme of a... More

Stayed here with my daughter for one night and enjoyed it very much. Nice room, large bathroom. TV with DVD and totally relaxing. The farm fruit was fantastic and I bought some to bring home! My daughter booked and forgot to tell them I was vegan but had a lovely breakfast of their own fruit and delicious coffee.
