We stayed here with a group of friends and also my 9 month old baby, after a day out at Alton towers. The rooms were brilliant very clean and modern with plenty of room for our travel cot. I would fully recommend the restaurant food as we all had a lovely meal in the evening and a big buffet breakfast... More

We used this hotel for 2 nights whilst visiting alton towers. 2 adults and a 2 year old. We arranged a travel cot which was all in place upon arrival. Lovely large room, clean and clean bathroom. Location for alton towers ideal, it took 20mins all non main roads to get to alton towers. Food availiable in the hungry horse... More

Read some reviews and started to really dread our stay here; comments making out that it was something you'd see on those "Hotels from Hell" tv programmes. Having said that I was very happy to see, when we pulled up, that it was, in fact, part of the Hungry Horse chain and the bedrooms were seriously very, very nice! We... More

We ate in the pub and the food was delicious and great value. The staff are friendly and very helpfull. We also had breakfast which was great value and very tasty. Would recommend to anyone,... Ate here during a trip to Alton towers. Food was ok, there was a reasonable choice and there were plenty of offers. served quickly and friendly staff but nothing special. Puddings to take away were very appealing but we were all far too tired to take advantage! Location was the reason for our visit as it was on the way... More

Considering that this is a value Travelodge style hotel our short stay was well worth the £60 we paid for the room! A group of 6 of us planned a trip to Alton Towers so were eager to find a reasonably priced hotel for us all to stay in. Being that we are all mid-20s we weren't keen to stay... More

4 of us were having an overnight stay here as we were shopping at Trentham Shopping Village for weekend. 2 double rooms, spacious, clean with mediocre toiletries but many places don't even offer them so, its all OK. Staff on reception helpful, pointed out which way to go: one point here...... would have been lovely as we had a fair... More

Excellent stay, Hungry horse restaurant attached. Continental breakfast included. If you have a evening meal the night before cooked breakfast is discounted by 25%. Hotel rooms very clean and modern. But make sure you take your own bath towels as the towels are very small.

stayed here last night. myself and 3 kids unexpectedly staying-over after an exhausting trip to Alton Towers. Couldn't have asked for a more welcoming stay, reception staff superb, nothing too much trouble. Ate there too and had a wonderful meal, exceptional value, speedy service and really good staff. Will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Alton Towers.
