Was very pleased with this hotel. It was fresh and clean with a bright lounge, bar and reception area. Our room was again fresh and clean. There was a fridge, television, hairdryer, tea & coffee, and a wonderful jetstream bath. We used the indoor pool, sauna and steam room. We did not use the jacuzzi however as it looked dirty.... more

Just came back from the hotel after visiting Alton Towers. The hotel is situated about 15 miles from Alton so a good place to stay. Got my FAMILY room for £75 inc breakfast . FIrst the good points: The family room was nice, clean and spacious although in common with the landing areas, very warm, which is surprising as it wasn't that hot for the time of year.
