Definately one of the better quality Premier Inns I have stayed at. We didn't eat there but the eating area looked appealing. Alot of reviews here referenced the glass toilet doors, they aren't as bad as most reviews would let you believe. My partner is quite shy and she was fine with it.

Make sure you leave enough time for your stay to include using all trentham gardens location maybe if your staying to go somewhere else you book an extra night to see trentham gardens they are wonderful. I found everything to be 1st class from the staff to the room to the food. Very family friendly

We stayed here in March as we where visitng Monkey Forrest. The hotel is in a great location, whilst we where there, a circus was in town which was really good. The hotel is very clean, the only downside I find with all Premier Inns is the beds are not at all comfortable. It was very good for wheelchair users.

The let down were the staff, no very well trained kids most of them. Food wasn't great either.
