We were a bit worried when we arrived as there seemed to be a noisy whacky warehouse in full swing and we were hoping for a quiet stay. With this in mind we avoided the restaurant and ate in kings Bromley. There were also 3 nice pubs in Alrewas. However, during the night, we found the room quiet and comfortable... More

The bed was a little hard for our liking, but perfectly ok. The restaurant is a bit of a 'greasy spoon', but my egg and chips and... More

A few of us stayed here as we were attending a wedding at Alrewas Hayes. The day before I spoke to Rose who was very helpful. Rose was there when we checked in where her helpfulness continued. The only negative point was the rooms were hot. The housekeeping staff had already opened the window, closed the curtains and put the... More

Outstanding staff helped overcome some of the problems but poor breakfast spoilt the stay, it is a pity such a simple thing has not been sorted out before. Apart from traffic noise ( which cannot be helped) it is a good location for several notable visits

Booked an overnight stay so that four of us could attend a Memorial Service at the National Arboretum. We enjoyed an early meal and had a stroll around beautiful Lichfield. Next morning after a leisurely breakfast we were conveniently situated to get to the Arboretum bright and early. We found clean rooms, soft towels and slept well in comfortable beds.... More
