Stayed one night in twin room. Large room and both had very comfortable mattresses and crisp white sheets. Choice of feather or synthetic pillows. Quiet and slept very well. Clean and roomy ensuite with shower. Very friendly hostess, keen to ensure our stay comfortable. Excellent breakfast with local and organic produce and plenty of choice. Tasty cooked breakfast. My wife and I stayed for two very comfortable nights at the end of February and the whole experience was excellent. Absolutely no hesitation in staying again when we are next in Wells.

The rooms are clean, comfy and spacious, the lady is gracious and welcoming, and the house is indeed a very short walk to the centre of town. We could not have been more comfortable. We stayed 2 nights at Cadgwith House. It is clean, well decorated,spacious and in a quiet location yet an easy walk into the town. Jackie the owner is very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast is delicious, especially the good quality sausages and bacon. We shall definitely return.
