Hillside is my second home all the way in Glastonbury. I have stayed here over six times, in every part/room in the property barring two and can therefore wholeheartedly recommend it for its lovely, cosy environs, cleanliness, facilities and little indulgence. The energy in this place is off the charts owing to its location at the foot of the Tor,... More

This is the first time I am writing a review, for no other reason than simply because I cannot think of another way to say thank you for all the amazing times I have had at Hillside. Me and my best girlfriends and sometimes their partners/children have been coming to Glastonbury for years and I first had the pleasure of... More

All the tributes to Anna and Simon are fully deserved. I was made so welcome, the whole place had clearly been so thought through and cared for, and as for the breakfasts.... memorable!! Highly, highly recommended.

My wife and I recently completed a month-long motoring vacation of Ireland and southern England. We thought that Hillside B&B was absolutely the best place we stayed in during that month of traveling. Literally - the king-sized bed in the Fitzrovia Red Room provided our best night's sleep and Anna's cheese omelette was the best breakfast we ate during the... More

I stayed at the Hillside for ten days in June. I was initially a little scared of booking a B&B as I really hate fuss and don't like feeling smothered - previously when going to Glastonbury I'd stayed in the Backpackers for this reason. I decided I needed a change and so went to the Hillside this time instead. Oh.... More

This is our 2nd stay at Hillside and I'm returning again later this year to take my Dad. I've stayed in many places in Glastonbury over the years but now I've found my home from home and won't go anywhere else, so much so that I planned our last stay around their availability! It's not often that you get somewhere... More

My husband booked two nights for us here as a suprise for my birthday... and I have to say that it was loveley. Hillside is beautifully appointed, and very chic and much nicer than the run of the mill B&Bs you get in the rest of Glastonbury. The rooms are huge, spotlessly clean... and the beds are to die for!... More

We booked in for one night at Hillside as I had a weekend course in Glastonbury. Having stayed at a number of establishments in the area in the past I was not sure what to expect but the website and the reviews were good. My partner and I travelled separately, so when I arrived after the course he was already... More

Fantastic accomodation, with the owners Anna & Simon going out of their way to help us enjoy our stay. My wife booked Hillside for a short trip to Glastonbury on my birthday. Hillside is in a great location and the owners helped us make the most of our stay. We felt at home here and had an amazing breakfast in... More

Hillside is a wonderful place nestled up against Glastonbury Tor. I went to Glastonbury to get some reflective time by myself and Hillside proved to be a brilliant choice to stay at. Anna and Simon are fantastic hosts and made me feel like one of the family. As other reviewers have mentioned the breakfast is just superb, particularly the bacon,... More
