We had a great 3 day stay here for our first trip to Glastonbury. The location was ideal. Walking distance to the left, the Chalice Well and the Tor and to the right, the Abbey and the High Street. We stayed in Rhiannon, which has a kingsize bed, was very comfortable and clean with facilties for hot drinks, on suite... More

Stayed at the Apple Tree Guest House for a few nights in October with my sister. We had the attic bedroom (Sophia?) which is very cute with two comfy beds, en suite bathroom and a sky light with a good view of Glastonbury Tor. The owners of the guest house were very welcoming and pleasant. The room was very clean... More

Thank you for writing such a positive review. We are glad that you liked the attic room with the view of the Tor. We do understand that not all guests like to have a bath and we have taken note of our guests' feedback, so the good news is that we have replaced the bath with a shower! More

Found Apple Tree on the internet and booked for a 4 night stay in Oct/Nov 2011. What a find!!! A very comfortable room, (Rihanna), with extra large bed. Lovely breakfast room with very tasty, (low fat) full english breakfast, fruit, (which is gorgeous and I'm still having this for breakfast Gwynnie), and toast, with mamalade, jam or honey. Gwynnie and... More

Stayed at this excellent guest house 11th-13th November. Its true - it really is a great place to stay. Gwinnie and Tony ARE fabulous hosts and the property is lovely. Breakfasts are top notch and location great! Cannot fault this place - it was like home from home (only tidier!) I can definitely recommend it and we'll be back next... More

I found this guest house on the internet and, after reading everyone else's reviews, I booked for two nights. I am so glad I did! What lovely hosts Gwynnie and Tony are - kind and fun too! (Although I was quite disappointed not to hear Gwynnie's famed singing...). I will certainly return when I am next in the area! More

In a beautiful house with very nice rooms and a fantastic bed! We were welcomed to a delicious breakfast. The private parking was for us, motorcyclists, also appreciated. An address that we certainly promote and remember for a next visit to Glastonbury. Gwenny I'lI try to book the correct date! :-) More
