We felt very welcome and very much enjoyed the character of the building and the wonderful attention to detail that was given to all aspects of our stay. We loved the style of the property, the commitment to being environmentally responsible, and the delicious breakfasts. All in all we were completely satisfied with all aspects of our stay at the... We stayed at The Glastonbury White House for 4 nights and had a really lovely time. The B&B is in a central location (but not at all noisy) and just 5 minutes from the high street. Carey (the owner) is a wonderful host, very helpful, gave us great advice about which places to visit and where to go for dinner,... More

We stayed at Carey's wonderful White House for 3 nights. Carey is the perfect host - we felt very welcome and we loved the ambience of the house and garden. It is perfectly located - very quiet yet only a 5 minute walk to the High Street. Parking on the road outside was never a problem. We stayed in the... More

This B&B was an excellent choice for us. We went to Glastonbury because of the festival, and it was definitely a good option since we needed a good rest after each long day. Great food, comfortable and clean rooms. Carey was a great host, helped us with everything: from tips on buying wellies to bus routes. She's also very environmentally-conscious... More

We stayed at The Glastonbury Whitehouse for 3 nights and Carey was so helpful. The B & B is excellent, food good and lovely host. Would recommend to everyone. The bed was king size and extremely comfortable. All organic cotton, organic food, couldn't ask for more

This small B&B is in a great location just a short walk to town and the Abbey. Carey is a wonderful host. This is a shoe-free house, which was fine with us. The house had a lovely but faint scent of lavender and nag champa. There are two guest rooms here, each with a dedicated bathroom located conveniently next to... More

This is one of the most welcoming and beautiful bed and breakfasts I've stayed in. It's certainly a place to unwind and switch off as it's in a peaceful residential area but only a stone's throw from Glastonbury High Street. In fact, you won't need a car for any of the Glastonbury attractions as everything is within walking distance. We... More

I stayed at the White House, to break my journey home to the north west, after a holiday in Cornwall. I found Carey to be a most kind and extremely courteous hostess and cannot recommend her or her home, highly enough. Everything was of the highest quality and shows her thoughtfulness, care and high regard, not only for her guests... More

I stayed at the White House recently for a work related trip. It was important to me that I could rest well in a peaceful location. The White House offered me exactly that. Away from busy roads Carey offers a beautifully calm environment. The decor is tastefully subtle, the bedding crisp and fresh, and the bed really comfortable. Carey was... More
