Stayed here for 2 nights with family. The room was good, and expectations managed well. The website even warned about potential road noise, but it didn't affect us badly at all. Breakfast was also good and fresh, with no real waiting even on a Sunday morning. The downsides were the 3rd bed, whose mattress was sub par compared to the... More

The bed was very firm and and I woke at 3.48 am as I felt uncomfortable. I mentioned it to Reception who were disappointed and told men it was probably because I had a Tempura mattress at home. Despite their advertising I was not offered a free night stay. My advice is to go to a local guest house in... More

Good place to stay, with a room that (unlike in many hotels) was comfortably large. Staff friendly and helpful. Very good value for money. Dinner and two breakfasts (in Brewers Fayre, adjoining the hotel) were very tasty, though ideally more staff would have been on duty.

I have now stayed in several Premier Inns across the country and found them all to be excellent value for money and very pleasant places to stay - this was no exception. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room comfortable, quiet and clean. the only issue with my stay was the adjoining Brewers Fayre which was not the best experience.... More

I stayed here for a long weekend, whilst attending a music evening in Glastonbury. I'm not a car owner - and despite this hotel not actually being in the town itself, it was nevertheless conveniently located, an easy 15 minute stroll away. Despite being on a busy main road, the rooms are well soundproofed. For extra peace of mind I... More

A descision to stay over in glastonbury due to work overrunning meant a late knock on the door at this hotel. I was grateful that a room was available, I was booked in and found my room to be very comfortable, the staff were pleasant and efficient. Overall what you expect at Premier Inn Hotel. The only complaint I would... More

The Premier Inn Glastonbury - is almost in Street - was perfect stop over for collecting our son from boarding school. I don't know why I haven't used it before!! The hotel was clean and there is ample parking so no problems coming in and out at different times.

You know what to expect from a Premier Inn. Good standard service and efficiency. This was just what we needed. Location is a little noisy due to being right on the A361 but in general all was good. Breakfast very good.

I stayed here as a break on the way down to Cornwall and it was a good location, not far from A303. Also close to Street Outlet Mall where I wanted to look into and it is just literally down the road from the hotel, only 5 mins in the car. From there you can drive on through to M5,... More

Stayed here for one night. Great usual comfortable premier inn rooms. My son especially liked waking up and looking out the window for Shaun the sheep! Breakfast was one of the best I've ever had, the bacon was nice thick slices and well cooked. The mushrooms were relish and it wasn't swimming in grease. Good location for street and Clark's...
