I had a lovely break at Berachah staying in the Lilac Angel Room over the week of the Autumn Equinox. The location is just perfect, nestling at the foot of the Tor, overlooking the Chalice Well gardens, with just a short walk taking you into the vibrant town centre. Jan is a warm, welcoming host going out of her way... More

Berachah House has a very special energy and is, for me, a real home from home. Jan is friendly and welcoming; she’s an unobtrusive hostess, but one who has everything covered. The rooms are nicely decorated in beautiful soothing colours (and Jan’s artwork!).There’s a communal lounge if you want to be sociable, or just want somewhere else to sit in... More

I really enjoyed my stay at Berachah. I stayed in the blue room, which had a lot of light. Slept very well. Great people, Jan is great. It's beside Chalice Well, which was a real treat for me. The only minus point was that you can hear the busy street in the room. But I will definitely be back! More

The welcome was warm and we had a wonderful time, and the luxurious feeling of having the house for our selves. The beds are comfertable and i slept pretty good. The breakfast is complete and the kitchen is cosy. It has a great view so we did time. Being located near the Red and White springs and beneath the Tor... More

It is located at the foot of the Tor and very close to the Charis Well Gardens. I believe this is the best location in Glastonbury! The owner, Jan is very kind and friendly, and gave us a lot of kind help before and during our stay. We also enjoyed the friendly communication with other people from various countries during... I stayed at Berachah and I really enjoyed it so much! I love trees, and I stayed in the green angel room, which was like being in a beautiful treehouse, surrounded by the spirits of nature. I really enjoyed myself. Since breakfast is self-serve, you feel like you are really living in England. Jan, the owner, is a wonderful lady,... More
