This is our fourth visit and up and until now we have always had a wonderful time. The Grabbist is a lovely room but needs some tlc, last winter's water damage still has not been repaired and when you run a bath you'll need to watch out for the rust coloured water which flows from the hot tap when you... We stayed here as two couples Monday to Friday with an inclusive evening meal package.our relatives stayed in the conyger room whilst we had that aville room slightly smaller but pleasantly decorated with a huge 6ft bed which was very comfy with cotton sheets.you do get traffic noise until around 11 at night but that is to be expected when... We had a Christening function here and booked most of the hotel with our guests. The service was friendly and fantastic. The rooms and food were great. Staff accommodated our needs with no hassle and quickly including moving our food upstairs. Faultless service! I would like to thank Jo and her staff for making our even special! Would definitely return... More

We visited the hotel pre and post our wedding which was held in nearby woodland and absolutely cannot recommend it highly enough. The staff, the rooms, the food, the service - everything was faultless. The rooms were huge, very well presented and well equipped. The staff went above and beyond to help us with the wedding (even offering to house... More

we have just returned from a couple of days in Dunster staying at the Castle Hotel which we enjoyed. The hotel is situated on the high street and has it's own car park worth it's weight in gold in this village although the passage from street to the car park is very tight. The hotel is clean and comfortable the... More

We found this hotel late in the evening, as the hotel we had booked for the night, was not as it said it was and we decided not to stay! However, the hotel said they had a room and gave us the choice of two rooms, but we quickly accepted Room 4 which was very nicely decorated and a large... More

We stayed for two nights recently and were in the De Moton suite which is the highest room above the arch. There were a few issues with our stay, I'll deal with the bad things first then talk about the good things. In our room one of the window latches was broken so we couldn't get any air through that... I don't often write reviews but I felt the urge to after my stay here. We arrived early evening and were warmly greeted, after being shown to our room and dropping off our bags, we decided to sample the food. It was devine, my starter was pretty as a picture and all three courses were cooked to perfection. My fiancé... More
