Great location much closer to Bath than anticipated, as it was so reasonably priced. Very warm welcome, good size room, basic but clean. Very hearty breakfast, would recommend and return. Thanks to Julie and your Mum for such lovely hospitality.

We booked because the price was very reasonable. Really pleased with how friendly the owners were, very helpful for local info. Only 5 mins walk from Bath. Would very much recommend. Visit the bar, Opium - perfect end to a cultured day.

Very friendly owners, warm and nicely decorated rooms, very tasty breakfast. 5-10 minutes walk from Bath city centre. No parking, but the possibility to arrange parking in the nearby street. Narrow and steep stairs (this is Britain after all), but not a problem for us.
