We have stayed at many different holiday apartments around the world and apart 18 was excellent . Breakfast food for the first morning and all basic food and household supplies were all there on arrival . ( Sainsburys is a 2 minute walk from the apartment ! ) Our only small recomendation would be to install airconditioning or provide more... more

Staff was VERY friendly, helpful with luggage, prompt with lovely breakfasts served in your room...plus cookies, chocolates, coffees, teas, etc. daily in your room... very lovely. We were greeted cheerfully and then shown to our room. Which was spacious, clean and very modern. The staff did their upmost to make us feel welcome and took the time to put together a welcome pack which was packed with tons of useful facts about bath. Myself and friends stayed in the 2 apartments also owned by The Bath House. In a great location, made it so easy to be able to walk into town, to spa etc. Apartments furnished to high standard and had all that was needed. Enough bathrooms, kitchen facilities (big fridge!) and ipod dock...all necessary on a hen weekend! Would not hesitate... more
