We rented the whole house for 7 of us from friday to sunday and couldn't have been happier. The house was well located. Within walking distance of the train station and the centre. We didn't have to worry about faffing with taxis at all. With some of the bedrooms having ensuite it made life a lot easier got 7 girls... More

A large group of us stayed at Amberly House and were all very happy when we turned up. Easy to find from the train station on foot, short walk into town and a very clean, cosy and nicely decorated house. The lady who owned it was really helpful with the booking too. Bath was lovely and if I came back... More

We rented the whole house and were very pleased with its central location,,an easy stroll to the centre of Bath, The upstairs bedrooms were all lovely and tastefully decorated and downstairs there was a small but adequate courtyard. The kitchen is big enough for one person at a time although it has all the white goods you require, The dining... More

A group of us were travelling so rented the whole house. It is in an excellent residential area within easy walking distance of the City Centre and with parking permits for local parking which is very useful. The kitchen was Very Small so not ideal for catering on a large scale but there was a dishwasher & good sized fridge... More

Amberley House was comfortable & tidy, ideal for a weekend stay. We arrived at 8.30pm on a Friday night & had no problems with retrieving our key from the box by the frontdoor as late check-ins (think after 8pm) are not staffed. There is not an allocated car park for the B&B so you are issued with a street permit... More

My grilfriend and I spent three nights at the Amberley house while we were travelling on vacation. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. - Location: The B&B was only about a 7-8 minute walk from the train station, and pretty close to the center of town. Its located in a more residential neighborhood, although many of the other houses in the... More

Spent 2 nights here over the weekend, and was very pleased with the b and b. For the low price we payed, the cleaniness of rooms and quality of food was excellent. Alot of these reviews also seem to think the staff here were unhelpful, but I found the staff very welcoming and friendly. One good thing is that you... More

Stayed in the Amberley House B & B on a Saturday night with my boyfriend. We booked last minute, and we were told the only room left was quite small. However, it was one of the best value for money options we could find, so we took the "small" room. We arrived to a warm welcome by Ivona who was... More

On first arriving at Amberley House we we're greeted by Ivona, we were told we would have to leave a £10 deposit for a parking permit (that of course was when we finally had found somewhere to park), and had to choose a time for breakfast, 8.30am or 9.15am as she needed to be organised because there was only one... A well decorated and clean b&b only 5-10 minutes walk out of the centre of bath. A converted house, there are 5 bedrooms, we stayed in the twin which shares a bathroom. The room was a reasonable size, clean and tidy although the beds were not the most comfortable I have slept on. There was no breakfast provided during our... More
