The perfect place to base yourself for a city break in Bath. Lynwood House is five minutes walk to the centre of Bath. They don't offer meals, this is strictly room only. We had a very comfortable double room with ensuite. Bright, modern decor with everything you might need in the room. Nice thoughtful touches such as wine glasses in... More

I had an amazing stay at Bath at the Lynwood House. The pricing was reasonable especially in a relatively expensive area but I thoroughly enjoyed the hospitality from Christian and his wife during my stay. Lynwood may not be situated in the city centre and the 10-15 minute morning walk across the bridge into the city allows one to have... More

We really enjoyed our stay at Lynwood house! Christian was lovely and couldn't be more helpful, this was our first time staying at a B&B and would defiantly do it again. Our room was a perfect size for 2 bath room was modern and adequate for a bathroom! Room was warm without being overly hot & we didn't hear noise... More

Stayed for a few days in, Christian was lovely and friendly and location was nice to. Stayed in the family room classed as "family superior" which is far from superior the double bed was very uncomfortable and when my child sat on the single the wooden bars fell through my husband did manage to pop them back in. The en... More

My wife, father-in-law, and I shared a room here for three nights and had a very pleasant and comfortable stay. The room was small but not cramped, and the bathroom quite adequate and well-supplied with towels and necessaries. Clean and well-appointed room. Our double bed mattress, however, was pretty broken down, really our only complaint. No breakfast service is offered,... More

Close to town so very convenient. Small rooms but comfortable - Needs a bit if TCL - mattress needs replacing. Parking can be an issue. Would have been more convenient if we could have had breakfast in site especially on the last day. Not happy to come back to find our room had bee cleaned but not locked one afternoon.

I stayed 2 nights with my girlfriend and we had a double en-suite room. Lovely room, big, clean, well equipped (i would just suggest to provide shampoo, as there wasn't). The owner is very kind and provided us with a lot of useful information about the city. Excellent location (5 mins walking from the centre), parking included in the rate.

Lynwood house wasn't bad, especially for the price we paid, and the hosts were very helpful. We stayed in the top level rooms with the detached private toilet, which is fine except for the fact that other than a bottle of hand sanitiser, there was no other way to our hands until we were back in our room. This is... More

We stayed at Lynwood House for one night as my daughter had an interview at Bath University and we live three hours away. This was the first time either of us had ever stayed in a guesthouse so we did not really know what to expect. The owners were very welcoming and gave me lots of ideas about where to... More

Myself and partner stayed at Lynwood House on the 8th and 9th of February, at only £60 per night it was unbeatable value. Christian was a brilliant host whom on arrival gave us a little insight into Bath along with a very handy map. You also get a parking permit to park in the local streets, we managed to park... More
