Stayed in this hotel for 3 nights with my wife for a short break for her birthday and found it to be a very welcoming hotel. It is a old fashioned hotel but we love that about it. The rooms were a good size, the breakfast was lovely too. The size of the meals in the bar are huge and... More

We stayed here for 3 days and enjoyed the whole time. The room was lovely, the food was fantastic and the owners were very welcoming. It is in a great area and not far from Bath or Btistol. Looking forward to staying there again.

The Radstock Hotel is an easy 20-30 minute drive south of Bath. The owner was friendly, helpful and courteous. He even carried two of large international bags up the stairs to our room and refused a tip. The room was comfortable and although a little dated, warm, quite, cosy and a reasonable size. The bathroom was remodeled and clean. In... More

On the face of it the place seems a little dated... BUT don't be fooled, whilst the pub has an old fashioned atmosphere the food served to me was stonking! Best mixed grill for a long time and a lot of it. My room was super, recently re-decorated, clean, tidy and well prepared with a comfy bed and plenty of... More

Staying here at the Radstock Hotel while on business in the area and to be honest upon pulling up outside the hotel I didn't expect anything too spectacular. I checked in at the bar by the friendly manager who gave me all the information I required about the hotel and it's facilities. I climbed the dimly lit stairs with a... More

This place is on a noisy road - when I asked in arrival whether my room was at the front or back I was told they all overlook the front. Judging by other reviews that's not true. Bar is grotty and noisy with no atmosphere. No way I would eat at this place - skipped breakfast. Bathroom was modern but... More

Needed an overnight stay whilst attending a family birthday nearby. The hotel is typical to its location in Radstock and we were given a warm welcome. The room was of a good size along with a large bathroom. The room however was at the top of the hotel following a long steep stairs (30 steps) which if you are at... More

We stayed here last week. As I had a bad back and was in need a long soak, the owner obligingly gave us the family room which is the only room with a bath (the rest of the rooms have showers). We found the Radstock Hotel to be excellent value for money. The rooms were very clean and tidy and offered... More

Best value. Excellent breakfast, plentiful and delicious. I loved the fact that it has free parking. Bedroom was clean. We realy enjoyed our stay. Our idea was to go to Bath, Avebury and look around, this is a very good location to do that.
