Stayed here for the weekend for a family gathering nearby. (Booked in by someone else so not our choice.) Should say first that this is a pub with rooms and is part of a chain, RelaxInnz. I am less inclined to be tolerant than if I thought it was privately owned. It appears to be popular for food. First impressions... More

First time of going there at Xmas for an Art Club lunchtime party. Had a choice of Turkey or Pork carvery with all the trimmings and what a fabulous meal and atmosphere they gave us.The parsnips, Potatoes, Sprouts were all cooked to perfection, and huge amounts of meat . If this is a carvery on a regular basis(and I am... More

The Radstock hotel is situated about 9-10 miles outside of Bath but also close enough to Bristol.Radstock is a small town with a small area of shops and a couple of pubs but this is by far the best place to eat, drink and stay.Midsomer Norton is walking distance for a bit more going on (as in shops and bars) The... Stayed in this hotel for 3 nights with my wife for a short break for her birthday and found it to be a very welcoming hotel. It is a old fashioned hotel but we love that about it. The rooms were a good size, the breakfast was lovely too. The size of the meals in the bar are huge and... More

We stayed here for 3 days and enjoyed the whole time. The room was lovely, the food was fantastic and the owners were very welcoming. It is in a great area and not far from Bath or Btistol. Looking forward to staying there again.

The Radstock Hotel is an easy 20-30 minute drive south of Bath. The owner was friendly, helpful and courteous. He even carried two of large international bags up the stairs to our room and refused a tip. The room was comfortable and although a little dated, warm, quite, cosy and a reasonable size. The bathroom was remodeled and clean. In... More

On the face of it the place seems a little dated... BUT don't be fooled, whilst the pub has an old fashioned atmosphere the food served to me was stonking! Best mixed grill for a long time and a lot of it. My room was super, recently re-decorated, clean, tidy and well prepared with a comfy bed and plenty of... More

Staying here at the Radstock Hotel while on business in the area and to be honest upon pulling up outside the hotel I didn't expect anything too spectacular. I checked in at the bar by the friendly manager who gave me all the information I required about the hotel and it's facilities. I climbed the dimly lit stairs with a... More
